At its core, the organization exists to remind girls that their voices matter and that they are capable of greatness right now—not just in the future.

Venus Alexandria’s professional journey is anchored in nearly two decades of experience in branding and public relations. Throughout her career, she has helped individuals, organizations, and initiatives clarify their message, strengthen their presence, and amplify their impact. Her expertise in storytelling and strategic communication has been instrumental in the growth and visibility of Keep Rising! and other community-centered initiatives. She understands the power of narrative and uses it intentionally to inspire action, build confidence, and create meaningful connections.

 

Her academic background further reflects her commitment to excellence and service. Venus Alexandria is a proud graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications, where she laid the foundation for her professional and leadership journey. She later earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from Strayer University, equipping her with the strategic insight needed to build sustainable, mission-driven organizations. Recognizing the importance of faith, ethics, and spiritual grounding in leadership, she also earned a Master of Divinity degree from Hood Theological Seminary. This unique combination of business acumen, branding expertise, and theological training allows Venus Alexandria to lead with both strategy and compassion.
